Add a new User to multi user account...

After installing Mirracrypt you need to complete the activation process.  This is a simple process that registers your email address and allocates a unique encryption key for your email. It also encrypts your local settings (and therefore access) using a password you provide when prompted.

Activating Mirracrypt can be achieved by one of the following scenarios:

Note: The only personal information needed for registration is your email address, which is used to create or allocate the encryption keys required. Please refer to our Privacy Policy for more information.

  1. Choose "Create a New User for an existing Client account" and click the "Continue >>" button.

  1. Enter the required information in the next screen that appears.  The only personal information needed for registration is your email address, which is used to create or allocate the encryption keys required.  Please refer to our Privacy Policy for more information.
  • The (optional) User name is helpful to the Administrator of your Mirracrypt account.  It is just a friendly name and not required to complete your registration.
  • Your email address is required to allocate the Encryption keys to enable you to receive and decrypt messages sent by other Mirracrypt users.  This should be your primary email address - you can add multiple email addresses to your user account after registration.
  • The User password is required and should have been provided by your account administrator for this registration type.  It is not related to your email security; it is only used to validate the registration details provided by your account administrator.  
  • The Client ID is required and should have been provided by your account administrator for this registration type.

  1. Enter and confirm your Mirracrypt password.
The password you choose here is IMPORTANT.  This password is used to secure your access to the email security features of Mirracrypt, such as Encrypting and Decrypting messages.

Create Password for secure email message store.The password you choose is not stored ANYWHERE and cannot be recovered by the support staff at Mirracrypt.  You can change your password at a later time but DON'T FORGET YOUR PASSWORD - IT CANNOT BE RECOVERED.  This is a good thing for your security and privacy, which is why you are using Mirracrypt.

Automatic Login - What's the risk... Mirracrypt provides security that only allows you to Decrypt a message or send an Encrypted message when you have authenticated your credentials with the correct Login Password. If you   choose to automatically Login to Mirracrypt then this level of security is removed. The choice you make depends on how secure your local computer is. The Auto Login feature can be removed at any time by clicking the Logout icon and clearing the Auto Login check box on the Login form before you Logout.
  1. You are now ready to start using Mirracrypt.  Most of the features are intuitive and should allow you to start using Mirracrypt straight away.  But most of all we hope you will enjoy the comfort that Mirracrypt will give you by ensuring you email is secure and private.
